These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the tk68 platform and all its services. Please read these Terms in full before registering on tk68. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not use our platform.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. tk68 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and members will be notified of any changes.
General Terms
Tk68 is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform designed specifically for users in Bangladesh. By using this platform, you agree to the following general terms:

Account Registration
To open an account with tk68, the following conditions must be met. Registration is completely free and can be completed in just 2 minutes.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. A national ID card or passport may be requested for age verification.
- Accurate Information: Your name, date of birth, phone number, and address must be accurate and genuine. Registering with false information will result in account termination.
- One Account: A maximum of one account per person, household, or device is permitted.
- Password Security: Use a strong password and never share it with anyone. tk68 is not liable for any loss resulting from password theft or hacking.
- KYC Verification: Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before withdrawals or for transactions above a specified amount.
Completing KYC verification speeds up the withdrawal process and improves account security. We recommend completing verification as soon as possible.
Tk68 reserves the right to reject any registration application. If an account is found to have been created with false information, all balances in that account will be forfeited.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Depositing and withdrawing on tk68 is simple and secure. We support all major mobile banking services, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Minimum Deposit: ৳500. The maximum single deposit is ৳1,00,000.
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes and no later than 24 hours.
- Withdraw via the same method: Withdrawals must generally be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
- Withdrawal Verification: Identity and transaction verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
- Bonus Balance: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are only eligible for withdrawal after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
- Failed Transactions: Funds from a failed deposit are usually returned within 24 hours. If you experience any issues, please contact support.
Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are not accepted. The name on the payment account must match the name on the tk68 account.
Bonuses & Promotions

- Welcome Bonus: Get a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. This bonus is available once only.
- Wagering Requirement: Withdrawing bonus funds typically requires a wagering of 15–25x (specific details are provided on each bonus page).
- Cashback: The weekly cashback bonus has no wagering requirement.
- Bonus validity: Each bonus must be used within a set period from the date it is received, or it will expire and be forfeited.
- Referral Bonus: Referrers earn a bonus when the friend they referred actively plays. If referral fraud is detected, both accounts will be suspended.

Tk68 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or end any bonus offer at any time. If a member is found to be abusing the bonus system, their bonus balance will be forfeited. Bonus abuse includes using multiple accounts, placing opposing bets, or using bots.
Gaming Rules
All games on tk68 are powered by internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring complete fairness. The following rules apply to gaming:
- Minimum Bet: Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface.
- Technical Issues: If the internet connection drops or a server issue occurs during gameplay, the technical team will make the final decision — and that decision is binding.
- Live Casino: In live dealer games, the dealer's decision is final. There is no option to replay a round due to a mistaken bet.
- Sports Betting: Bets cannot be cancelled once a match has started. If a match is cancelled, the bet will be refunded.

Tk68 does not manipulate game outcomes. All results are determined automatically. If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed in any game, the correct result will apply and any wins or losses will be adjusted accordingly.
Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tk68 platform and may result in account termination as well as legal action:
- Exploiting bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
- Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using tk68 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to access other members' accounts without authorization.
- Attempting to attack or hack tk68's servers or network.
- Creating an account using a false identity.
- Placing bets on behalf of or for a third party (proxy betting).
If any of the prohibited activities listed above are detected, the account's entire balance will be forfeited, the account will be permanently closed, and law enforcement will be notified if necessary.
Account Closure & Suspension
Tk68 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- For violation of the Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
- Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
- In the event of a security threat or suspicious activity.
- Upon court order or at the request of a legal authority.
Members may request to close their account at any time. Any available balance may be withdrawn before closure, provided the account is not being closed due to a rule violation.
Tk68 may apply a monthly maintenance fee to inactive accounts. Details of this fee will be communicated separately.
Privacy & Data Protection

- Step Three: For serious disputes, an appeal may be submitted to the licensing authority.
In all disputes, the logs and data recorded by tk68 will serve as the primary evidence. tk68's decision on any dispute is considered final, though members retain the right to appeal through legal channels.
The relevant account may be temporarily suspended while a dispute resolution is in progress.
